Our website offers customers a flexible product delivery system. You can use courier services across Georgia, as well as the Pick-up service from a branch.
The delivery service is divided into three main categories:
1. Standard Delivery
Available throughout Georgia (Tbilisi and regions).
- Cost: 5 GEL.
- Free delivery: If the total order value exceeds 50 GEL.
- Terms: 3-5 working days.
2. Fast Delivery
Available only within Tbilisi and Kutaisi.
- Cost: 5 GEL.
- Terms: For orders placed before 15:00 - same day.
After 15:00 - next day.
3. Scheduled Delivery
Allows you to pre-define the desired delivery time.
- Cost: 5 GEL.
- Time slots:
12:00 – 15:00;
15:00 – 18:00;
18:00 – 21:00.
Fast/Scheduled delivery: Zoommer's internal courier, Glovo, Wolt.
Standard delivery: Georgian Post, FedEx.
* Fast delivery is limited in: Lilo, Ponichala, Orkhevi, Airport, Avchala, Tsavkisi, Okrokana, Tskneti.
** Courier service does not apply to special administrative units (Mestia, Stepantsminda, Dusheti, Tianeti, Tsageri, Lentekhi). Here, the order is issued from the post office.
Note: During holidays or force majeure, terms may change slightly.

Pick-up Terms
When purchasing products, you can choose the pick-up service from your desired branch.
Processing & Info
- You will receive an SMS notification about the readiness of the order.
Product Receipt Rules
- It is mandatory to present an ID (or passport) in physical or electronic form.
Terms
- If the item is in the branch: Pick-up is possible immediately upon receiving the SMS.
- If the item needs to be transferred: 2-5 working days.
Attention: Pick-up from a branch is restricted for orders placed under the "Cheaper Together" offer.
