On the Zoommer website, you can use various installment methods, whether it is a standard installment or a payment split. Standard installment is available with TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia, while the payment split is available via TBC Ganatsileba and Top Card.
Part I: Registration and Product Selection
To use online installment, first of all, you need to register/authorize on the Zoommer website:
Registration/Authorization:
- Register with your Google account or phone number.
- Fully complete your profile with personal information.
- If you are already registered, log in with your email, Google account, or phone number.
Product Selection:
After completing registration:
- Select the desired item on the Zoommer website.
- Click the "Buy" button.
Part II: Standard Installment / TBC Split Processing
After that, you proceed to the order details. Here we have two delivery methods: "Home Delivery" and "I will pick it up".
1. Home Delivery
Select "Home Delivery", choose your city and exact address. Below, make sure to fill in the recipient's information fields (Name, Surname, Personal ID, and Phone).
After filling in the information, the delivery type will appear:
- Scheduled Delivery (Service cost - 5 GEL) - You can specify which part of the day you want to receive the product:
1. 12:00:00 - 15:00:00
2. 15:00:00 - 18:00:00
3. 18:00:00 - 21:00:00 - Express Delivery (Service cost - 5 GEL) - Orders received before 15:00 will be delivered on the same day.
- Standard Delivery (Service cost - Free) - Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days.
2. I will pick it up
To pick up the order from the store: Select "I will pick it up", choose your city and desired branch from the drop-down list. Below, make sure to fill in the recipient's information (Name, Surname, Personal ID, and Phone) so we can identify you, and click the "Next" button.
Choosing Payment Type:
- Click the "Next" button.
- In payment types, select "Purchase via Installment".
- Select the desired bank: Bank of Georgia, Credo bank or TBC Bank/TBC Ganatsileba.
Agreeing to Terms and Conditions:
- Read the "Terms and Conditions".
- Confirm that you agree to the conditions by checking the corresponding box.
- Click "Next".
Redirection to the Bank Page
After this step, the site will automatically redirect you to the respective bank's installment portal, where the user must enter their Personal ID number and follow the bank's instructions to complete the application.
