7-day exchange

Conditions of the exchange:

if the product will turn out to have a factory defect during 7 (seven) days after a purchase (not including visual damage and software fault), the consumer will address the service center. After examining/checking the device, service center will issue the act of the faulty device exchange. (if the product’s initial form is preserved without damage and the smartphone is presented with full kitting and undamaged box within the noted time).

On the basis of the noted act, consumer will get a totally new device in return.
